Terms and Conditions of use for Kristina Joy Coaching, LLC
Last updated on June 30, 2026
Welcome, and thank you for being here. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or purchasing any offering. They explain the agreement between you and Kristina Joy Coaching LLC. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, program, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its offerings.
1. Who We Are
This website, and the coaching products, programs, communities, events, and services offered through it, are owned and operated by Kristina Joy Coaching LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Kristina Joy Coaching”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio.
You can reach us at any time at kristina@kristinajoycoaching.com.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting this website, creating an account, subscribing to our email list, joining a community, or purchasing any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. These Terms apply to every visitor, user, and customer.
We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 15). Your continued use of the website or our offerings after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
This website and all offerings are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this website or purchasing any offering, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
4. Our Offerings
Kristina Joy Coaching provides faith-based coaching for women navigating affair recovery, delivered through offerings that may include one-on-one coaching calls, group coaching communities, digital courses and resources, memberships, live events and retreats, a podcast, and email content. The specific features, format, duration, and terms of each offering are described at the point of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue any offering, in whole or in part, at any time. Where an offering you have already purchased is materially changed, we will make a reasonable effort to provide comparable value.
Nothing offered on this website is therapy, counseling, medical care, or a substitute for professional treatment. Please see the Disclaimer in Section 11.
5. Purchases, Payment & Billing
When you purchase an offering, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems; that information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
By submitting a purchase, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Some offerings may be available through a payment plan or installment option. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each scheduled installment automatically to your payment method until the balance is paid in full. You remain responsible for the entire balance of a payment plan even if you stop participating in the offering. If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause your access until payment is resolved, and/or pursue the outstanding balance.
6. Refund Policy — All Sales Final
Because of the personal, digital, and immediately accessible nature of our coaching work, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to all offerings, including one-on-one calls, coaching programs and communities, digital products, memberships, and event or retreat registrations and deposits.
When you purchase, you receive immediate access to time, materials, and personal attention that cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including changing your mind, being unable to attend or participate, or dissatisfaction with results. Results from coaching are never guaranteed and depend on many factors outside our control (see Section 11).
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us at kristina@kristinajoycoaching.com and we will do our best to help.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Refund Policy is a breach of these Terms. In that event, we reserve the right to revoke your access to any offering and to recover the disputed amount and any associated costs.
7. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being. To keep our spaces safe and supportive, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate information when you purchase or register;
- Use the website and offerings only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes;
- Treat other participants, and Kristina Joy Coaching, with respect and confidentiality within any community or group setting;
- Not share, resell, record, reproduce, or redistribute any coaching content, materials, calls, or community discussions without our written permission; and
- Not use the website or offerings in any way that is harmful, harassing, unlawful, or that interferes with another person’s experience.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a community, program, or event, without refund, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably determine to be disruptive, harmful, or unsafe.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the deeply personal nature of this work and will hold what you share with care, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. In group and community settings, we ask every participant to honor the same confidentiality toward one another. Please understand that coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that licensed therapy or legal counsel may be, and we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants. Please use your own discernment about what you choose to share in group spaces.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our offerings — including text, curricula, worksheets, recordings, audio, video, frameworks, graphics, logos, and the podcast — is the property of Kristina Joy Coaching LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
When you purchase an offering, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that content for your own individual growth. You may not copy, distribute, sell, publish, teach, record, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
10. Testimonials & Results
We may share testimonials and stories from clients. These reflect individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of any particular outcome. Every woman’s healing journey is unique, and your results will depend on your own circumstances, effort, and many factors beyond our control. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific result from any offering.
11. Disclaimer — Educational & Spiritual Purposes Only
The information, coaching, and resources offered on this website are provided for educational, spiritual, and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice.
Kristina Joy is an Affair Recovery Coach, not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. While her work is trauma-informed and integrates nervous-system awareness, somatic practices, and faith-based guidance, it does not replace therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, or crisis support.
Participation in any coaching, program, community, call, event, or resource is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility. By using this website and its offerings, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being;
- Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual circumstances; and
- Kristina Joy Coaching LLC is not liable for any outcome resulting from your use of this information or these offerings.
This work is designed to support personal growth, emotional regulation, spiritual healing, and clarity — not to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, harm to others, or are otherwise in crisis, please seek immediate help from a licensed professional, your local emergency services, or a crisis hotline in your area.
Faith & Spiritual Note: This work is rooted in Kristina’s personal Christian faith. Any references to Scripture, prayer, God, or spiritual practices are offered as invitations, never requirements, and honor your free will, consent, and personal agency.
Affiliate Disclosure: Some links on this website may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a small commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We only share resources we genuinely believe may be supportive, and affiliate relationships do not influence the integrity of our recommendations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristina Joy Coaching LLC and its owner, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or well-being, arising out of or related to your use of this website or any offering, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any offering will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.
You use this website and participate in our offerings at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kristina Joy Coaching LLC and its owner, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the website or offerings, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another person or party.
14. Third-Party Links & Services
This website and our offerings may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services (such as our payment processor and email platform) that we do not own or control. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or actions of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website or offerings after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Before pursuing formal action, you agree to first contact us at kristina@kristinajoycoaching.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you agree that it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms presented at the point of purchase, make up the entire agreement between you and Kristina Joy Coaching LLC regarding your use of the website and offerings.

5. Cookies & Tracking
Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help a website function and help us understand how it’s used. We use:
- Necessary cookies that allow the website to operate and let you move through it and use its features; and

6. How We Store & Protect Your Information
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, including a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate on our website. We will never ask for sensitive payment details by email; if you receive such a request appearing to come from us, do not respond, as it may be a phishing attempt.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you when we are legally required to do so.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
